3M™ Perfect-It™ Paint Finishing System is an environmental friendly product. One of the main components is Carnauba which is a vegetable wax obtain from the leaves of Carnauba palm. It will not react with any paint, and at the same time provides a durable film over your car's surface to protect against airbone containants such as acid rain residue, catalytic converter emissions, bug tar, road grime, salt and bird droppings. It also drmatically reduces paint oxidation by diffusing (refracting) UV and infrared radiation from the sun which can oxidize and dull your paint finish.
